My Golden Eagle was born from resilience, purpose, and a deep belief that wellness is not just about healing — it’s about living fully.

After retiring early at 55 due to chronic cervical and lumbar stenosis and fibromyalgia pain, I refused to let those challenges define me. Instead, I focused on discovering ways to stay active, healthy, and hopeful. Each new product I tried — each small victory in comfort and energy — became part of a bigger journey toward balanced living.

That journey became My Golden Eagle.

At first, I began sharing the wellness items that brought relief and joy to my daily life — teas, essential oils, supplements, and simple tools that make a difference. Over time, it evolved into something larger: a curated space where I could also share the vintage and pre-loved treasures from my own collection — pieces that hold beauty, character, and memory.

Every product in the shop, whether new or vintage, reflects a single truth: that caring for yourself and your surroundings creates harmony — and harmony creates strength.
